Android Productivity Apps For You

Hello Android fans and geeks!  Long time no see. Today I'm going to show you a bunch of great Android productivity apps.

Android has become more than just an operating system of our smartphones. In most of the cases our Android device is indeed the management center of our lives.

It's a source of entertainment for us, it lets us contact our friends and family, it helps us learn (thanks to, for example, education apps). Interestingly, Android can also help you become more productive and achieve our goals. This is when  numerous productivity apps come in very useful.

OK, so let me show you four best productivity apps for your Android device. Ready? Fantastic!

Google Keep, one of the best Android productivity apps

Even though I am a great fan of Google (in general) and all kinds of Google apps, Google Keep is my quite recent discovery.  I have no idea why I missed it, but I am certainly going to use it from now on.

So what's Google Keep app? It's a very simple and lightweight(only 3.4M) productivity app for Android. It lets you quickly capture and take notes of what's on your mind or what you want to remember or be reminded about later.  You can even speak your memo and have it transcribed, take a photo or type it yourself.

You can group your notes into folders, change their colors and use a simple search to look for a specific one.  What's very nice about this app is the feature of location-based reminder which will notify you when you are in the right place (e.g. to pick up groceries when you enter the store). Brilliant, isn't it?

Goal Tracker - Habit Calendar

Do you know that one of the most important things when it comes to your productivity are clear and written goals? You have them written down, do you? If you don't, it's high time you did this. Goal Tracker - Habit Calendar will be ideal for it.

That's a very simple and lightweight  (2.9 M) Android productivity app.  The app not only lets you set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals/habits but it also lets you track your progress and notify you about what you must do to achieve a certain goal.  It also offers you a calendar view, lets you export your data to SD card and put widgets on your screen.

Are you ready to master your goals?

Time Sheet - Time Tracker

Do you know that another vital aspect of your productivity is proper time management? Even if you have clear written-down goals and all the resources needed you won't make it without properly managing your time.

And...the first step to proper time management is tracking your time and being aware of how much of it your are really working and how much you are slacking off.

Timesheet - Time Tracker is an ideal productivity app for Android which will help you do just that, that is, track your time. The app is very simple and easy to use.

All you have to do is add a list of tasks you must do on a given day and then record your work (you can do that with just a push of a button, as well as add breaks or notes).  You can than export your data, analyze them and make necessary improvements.

InkPad Notepad

This is the last app but certainly not the least. Productivity is also about simplicity and taking notes of important things. You don't have a notepad and a pen on you all the time (I guess) but you most probably have your Android phone.
